Loretta from Malaysia, currently based in Kuala Lumpur, loves modern minimalism and whimsical vintage styles at the same time. A plant lover, mom of 2 boys and a cat. Struggled with compromised and reactive skin for years, founded FRANKIE in 2017.

Loretta studied EO for Skin at Tisserand Institute and the Science Behind Essential Oils by Robert Tisserand (World's leading Aromatherapy expert and Author of "Essential Oil Safety"), took Foundational Chemistry classes by Dr Joy Bowles (featured in Netflix docu-series Unwell), dove deep into fixed oils, plant lipids derived from seeds and kernels thanks to Susan Parker (Lipid expert and Author of "Power of the Seed").
And as a hobby, studied Gemology (Jewelry, Diamond, Coloured Stone Essentials) from GIA - Gemological Institute of America.
